Last week we conclude the  RESHAPE FORUM, the annual meeting in the frame of the wearable technology and consumer goods,  hosted in  IN(3D)USTRY From Needs to Solutions event from the 16- 18th of October 2018.

During the RESHAPE FORUM have been holding a series of appointments:

Project presentations –The 16 designers from all around the world, selected from the Reshape competition 2018 presented their projects and research at the audience of IN(3D)USTRY From Needs to Solutions and Reshape jury members.

1:1 Corner – Along the event, the designers met the entrepreneurs and experts, in the field of education and research, in a face to face meeting to enhance new collaborations and partnerships.

RoundTables – Titled “Operating – Projecting – Implementing” the three Roundtables was introduced by Aldo Sollazzo, director of Reshape and Noumena.
The panels faced the questions and issues around the technology, industry and innovation  with representatives from Adidas with Alja TurBerg, Makerlab Adidas with Jordi Closa, Wasp with Davide Neri, Marcelo Vilà with Augusto Guardiola; institutions representative of the  Italian Consulate of Barcelona  with Gaia Danese,  IED-Barcelona   with the director Alessandro Manetti, Materfad- Material center of Barcelona with the director Valerie Bergeron and the experts in the fashion industry as  Bradly Dunn former CEO at Iris Van Herpen  and Noemie Balmat founder of  FUTUR404.

Reshape Exhibition – During the Reshape Forum, we showcased the most valuable projects submitted for the Reshape prize consideration. The exhibitions bring together a wide array of artistic approaches proposed for the Reshape18| sensing materialities competition.

Reshape closed the event with the Award ceremony led by Aldo Sollazzo, Director of Noumena and Reshape.
